This mixed-use development at 4440 Steeles Avenue East, across from Toronto’s northern boundary and steps from Milliken GO Station, introduces three towers ranging from 28 to 53 storeys. As part of a designated Major Transit Station Area, the project brings new density through a transit-oriented community designed to strengthen local connections. The tower and podium façades draw inspiration from the adjacent rail tracks, translating their rhythm into a contemporary architectural expression.
