As part of the Yonge Street North Vision, this 16-storey U-shaped building reimagines the southwest corner of Moore Park Avenue and Yonge Street in North York. The design continues the familiar language of Toronto apartment buildings, expressed through undulating bars of beige and dark charcoal finishes, anchored by a stone base. A fully open frontage for retail, paired with an inviting residential entrance at the street corner, aligns with the municipality’s vision for a more active and engaging Yonge Street.
